When John accidentally discovers a hidden compartment in the barn, he finds a creepy scarecrow but his son Michael makes him promise to destroy it. However, his neighbor Jude Weatherby visits him, gives a six-pack of beer to the abstemious John and convinces him to put the scarecrow in the cornfield. Out of the blue, the life of John changes: the crows die; the pump works again irrigating the land; and the banker responsible for the closure has an accident and dies. However, he feels that his land is possessed by something evil that is threatening his beloved family.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":27887,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","tags":[],"genres":[124],"dtquality":[],"dtcast":[7127,16447,16445,16449,16448,16451,4980,10501,11891,16450],"dtdirector":[16444,8248],"dtyear":[1959],"class_list":["post-21345","movies","type-movies","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","genres-horror","dtcast-claire-holt","dtcast-darcy-fowers","dtcast-heather-stephens","dtcast-laurence-belcher","dtcast-matthew-mcnulty","dtcast-michael-mccoy","dtcast-norman-reedus","dtcast-richard-riehle","dtcast-todd-jensen","dtcast-vladimir-yossifov","dtdirector-martin-barnewitz","dtdirector-shelly-stoyanova","dtyear-1959"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/movies\/21345","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/movies"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/movies"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=21345"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/27887"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=21345"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=21345"},{"taxonomy":"genres","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/genres?post=21345"},{"taxonomy":"dtquality","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/dtquality?post=21345"},{"taxonomy":"dtcast","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/dtcast?post=21345"},{"taxonomy":"dtdirector","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/dtdirector?post=21345"},{"taxonomy":"dtyear","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/demo.ews.pe\/dooplay\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/dtyear?post=21345"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
